At D L’s Beauty Lounge and Spa , we strive to provide the best service and experience for all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice:
• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients who may be on a waiting list.
2. Late Cancellations:
• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of [10% of the service cost] will be charged.
3. No-Show:
